In addition to the first time home buyer program in New Jersey, we as bankers can underwrite and close any type of residential or commercial deal. I work with FNMA, FHA, VA, My Community programs, Piggyback Second Loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit. We also have our private lending division which can get you a loan within a week if necessary.

We finance primary homes, investment properties, second homes and mixed use properties. We can do full doc, low doc, stated income, stated assets or no doc. On investment properties, we can lend up to 90% as a stated/stated deal. We are licensed in NY, NJ, CT, MD, and FL, but we can also finance in other states too.

We finance for single family homes, townhouses, condos, co ops, puds, manufactured homes, office buildings, strip malls, etc. In addition to financing, we have our own title company and insurance company that would be able to take care of all your legal and insurance needs. Our title company is Rockwell Abstract and our insurance company is Fairmont Insurance. I am always available to help you out in these areas too.
